Everything is built around the following three simple Actions:
   1. Configuring your event – “what event should take place to activate the Trigger”
   2. Configuring your action – “what action should be taken upon Trigger activation”
   3. Save and activate your Trigger

Campaign Activity

Event NameDescription
DeliveredThe ISP server returned 250 (accepted & queued for delivery) for this message.
BouncedThe ISP server returned hard-bounce for this message.
OpenedOpen – the email recipient opened the email and enabled image viewing.
Re-openedThe email message was opened for the second time during a new session.
ClickedThe email recipient clicked on a link in the email.
Re-clickedThe email recipient clicked he link second time.
ComplaintThe email recipient clicked on a Spam button in his/her inbox, and Wooxy received FBL report about this event.
UnsubscribedThe contact was unsubscribed from the specified contact list.
Not openedThe recipient did not open email message during the selected period. Trigger will be activated at 13:00 by UTC every day.
Not clickedThe recipient did not click on a link in the email message during the selected period. Trigger will be activated at 13:00 by UTC every day.

List Management

Contact added to listContact was added to the target contact list via API, manually from admin panel, imported file, or by other Trigger.
Contact subscribed to listContact subscribed to the target contact list via API, manually from admin panel, imported file, or by other Trigger.
Contact unsubscribed from listContact unsubscribed from the target contact list via unsubscribe link, API, manually from admin panel, imported file, or by other Trigger.
Contact added to segmentContact was added to the target Segment after update of a variable via API, manually from admin panel, imported file, or by other Trigger.
Contact dropped from segmentContact was dropped from file, or by other Trigger.

Available Automation Actions

Action NameDescription
Activate drip campaignThe contact will be subscribed to the selected Drip Campaign. Contact will drop off from Drip Campaign only if it received all the planned emails, or it was deactivated by another Trigger.
Deactivate drip campaignThe contact will drop off from Drip Campaign and will not receive the rest of planned emails.
Send emailSelected email template will be sent to the contact upon Trigger activation.
Send smsSelected sms template will be sent to the contact upon Trigger activation if the user has a phone number in the same list.
Update variableSelected variable will be updated upon Trigger activation with a new value, provided in Trigger configuration. Please, note that such updates can change the contact segment and activate other Triggers.
SubscribeContact will be subscribed to the Email List.
UnsubscribeContact will be unsubscribed from the Email List.
Duplicate to contact listContact will be duplicated with its variables to selected Email List.
